How you are protected
Cold storage,
hardware signed.
Your assets are held in Ledger-secured cold storage. No script, no server, and no password theft can release them — every withdrawal requires a physical hardware wallet signature.
Ledger hardware wallet
Every release is signed on a Ledger hardware wallet. The signing key never touches any server or software — it lives on the physical device.
No seed phrases ever
We never collect, store, or ask for your seed phrase. Your own wallet credentials stay yours. SuperVest holds the custody keys on dedicated hardware.
Cold storage by default
Assets rest in cold storage, not a hot wallet connected to the internet. A stolen password or a compromised server cannot trigger a withdrawal on its own.
Chain-verified deposits
Every deposit is matched to a real transaction on the blockchain before a balance moves. Each transaction hash can only ever be claimed once.
Reserved on request
Requesting a withdrawal reserves the balance immediately, so the same funds cannot be requested twice while one is in progress.
Live balance tracking
Watch your balance move with the live market and follow every deposit and withdrawal through its stages in real time — no refreshing needed.

The destination tag is right there with a copy button, which is more than my exchange manages. Deposits have shown up every time and I can watch the status change rather than guessing.

I like that withdrawals are checked by a person. It means if someone ever got my password they still could not move anything. Costs me an hour and I would rather have it.

Started with a small amount to test it. Pasted the hash, it was verified and credited in about forty minutes. No drama, no hidden fee on the way in.

The wrong-network warning is impossible to miss, which matters with USDT. I have lost money that way before on another platform and nobody warned me at all.

Support answered a withdrawal question at 11pm on a Sunday. Not a bot — someone who could actually see my transaction and tell me where it was.

Watching the balance update live without refreshing sounds small but it is the thing I notice most. You are not left wondering whether it worked.

Cold storage means the private keys that control your assets are held on a hardware device that is never connected to the internet. SuperVest uses a Ledger hardware wallet: no server, no browser, and no hacker with a stolen password can sign a transaction without physically interacting with the device. That is the difference between a vault and an online account.
No. We never ask for, store, or transmit seed phrases. Your own wallet credentials are yours alone. The custody keys we use to hold your assets live on dedicated Ledger hardware.
Open your vault, pick an asset and you get a deposit address with a QR code. For XRP you also get a destination tag that is unique to your account — include it, or we cannot tell which account the transfer belongs to. For Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT, paste the transaction hash afterwards so we can match it to you.
We verify every transfer against the blockchain before crediting it, so it is not instant. Most clear within the hour. You can watch the status change in real time on the vault page without refreshing.
Because automatic withdrawals are how accounts get drained. Someone who steals a password still cannot move your assets, since a person checks every release. It costs you a short wait and removes the single most common way people lose funds.
SuperVest does. The private keys live on a Ledger hardware wallet — never on a server, never in software. Every outgoing transaction requires a physical signature on that device.
The funds are lost and nobody can recover them — not us, not the network, not the exchange you sent from. Each deposit page states the exact network. Check it before sending, especially with USDT, which exists on both Ethereum and BNB Chain.
The transfer arrives at our address with nothing identifying you, so it cannot be credited automatically. Contact support with the transaction hash and we will trace it, but do not rely on this — the tag takes one extra paste and avoids the whole problem.
Yes. The vault page updates on its own every few seconds. Deposits and withdrawals move through their stages in front of you — submitted, reviewed, released — and a row highlights itself when its status changes.
No deposit fee. Withdrawals carry a network fee, shown on the withdrawal form before you confirm, and deducted from the amount you send.
